LawnSource grows Black Beauty Fescue, a turf-type tall fescue developed by Jonathan Green. This variety produces a dark green, dense lawn that handles Kansas heat, drought, and disease pressure without constant maintenance.

Black Beauty develops a deep root system that pulls moisture from lower soil layers. It tolerates sun and partial shade. It establishes fast when installed on time.

Step 2:
Place Your Order

Add sod to your cart and check out online. Choose delivery or pickup. Pay by credit card. All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM.

Topeka Metro Delivery: $145

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address and order size. Customers will see the delivery cost during checkout once the delivery address is entered, or they may call the office for a quote.

Minimums and Fees:

• Minimum volume for delivery: 3,000 sq. ft. (6 pallets)
• Orders below 3,000 sq. ft.: additional $100 service fee
• Courtesy unloading time: 25 minutes
• Additional time: $50 per 30 minutes
• Pallet deposit: $20 each (fully refunded upon return)
• Tube deposit for big rolls: $20 each (fully refunded upon return)

All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Plan ahead for best availability.
